  • We detect errors and accessibility barriers that affect people with visual, hearing, mobility or cognitive disabilities.
  • Technical and linguistic analysis of the content to ensure that the message is clear and accessible to all audiences.

Frequently asked questions about our web accessibility audit services

It is a comprehensive analysis of a website or application to assess whether it complies with international accessibility standards —mainly WCAG 2.1 and 2.2— and with current legislation, identifying the barriers that prevent access for people with disabilities.

The result is a web accessibility report detailing the issues identified, their severity, and recommendations for improvement.

In Spain, mandatory web accessibility is mostly governed by Law 11/2023 and Royal Decree 193/2023, which are implemented by the European Accessibility Act (EAA). These regulations set out specific obligations for public sector bodies and, progressively, for private companies.

At a technical level, the reference standard is the European standard EN 301 549, which incorporates the WCAG criteria.

The report includes: a comprehensive technical and functional review of the website, an analysis of its structure, navigation, forms, multimedia content and compatibility with assistive technologies (screen readers, alternative keyboards, etc.), a list of issues categorised by severity (critical, high, medium, low), and prioritised recommendations for rectification.

Our web accessibility services are aimed at both public sector organisations, for which compliance is required by law, and private companies. In the second case, the European Accessibility Act (EAA) stipulates that, from June 2025, certain companies—particularly those in sectors such as banking, transport, e-commerce and telecommunications—must comply with digital accessibility requirements. Failure to comply may result in financial penalties and legal action.
