Any person who accesses this website will be considered a user and agrees to observe and rigorously comply with these terms and conditions, in addition to any other legal provision that may apply. Mc LEHM reserves the right to modify the type of information that appears on the website, without prior warning or without informing the users of such change, with publication on the website by the provider being considered sufficient.

Mc LEHM assumes no liability for the information published on its website, whenever this information has been manipulated or included by a third party.

The parties likewise submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the user’s domicile, which will be competent to resolve any conflict arising from or relating to, as applicable, the use of this site.
Likewise, Mc LEHM and the user may submit any conflicts relating to this website to arbitration in accordance with consumer protection and arbitration legislation and the out-of-court conflict resolution procedures enshrined in codes of conduct or other self-regulating instruments.
