Terms and Conditions – Summer Campaign: We Match Your Quote
Validity: from July 1 to September 30, 2025
At Mc LEHM, we commit to improving any equivalent offer you have received (in terms of deadline and/or budget), while always maintaining the Mc LEHM quality standard. This initiative is subject to the following terms and conditions:
- Application: This promotion is valid exclusively for quote requests received between July 1 and September 30, 2025, both dates inclusive.
- Condition of equivalence: Only alternative offers that meet the following will be considered:
- Issued by legally established companies specialized in translation services.
- Correspond to a project with the same technical and commercial conditions, including language pair, volume, text type, format, and delivery deadline.
- Submission of the alternative quote:
- The client must provide a full copy of the quote they wish to compare, with a visible date and detailed conditions.
- The alternative offer must be valid at the time of submission to Mc LEHM.
- Validation and application:
- Mc LEHM reserves the right to verify the equivalence of the project.
- The improved offer will be applied only before the client confirms the order.
